Product Description

Many customers still have an impression that recycled materials have high impurities and unstable performance. However, our Regenerated PS Plastic Material is not an ordinary recycled material that is simply reused. Instead, it is a high-quality raw material that has been revalued through advanced purification processes. We select industrial scraps and compliant post-consumer polystyrene waste as the base material. Through multiple core processes such as deep cleaning and decontamination, evaporation and impurity removal, and polymer stabilization, impurities and volatile substances are gradually removed. The final formed particles have a stable density of 1.05 grams per cubic centimeter, a melt flow rate of 11 grams per minute, and an impact strength of 2 to 3 kilojoules per square meter. At the same time, it achieves zero detection of heavy metals and strictly controls the bromine content within the range of 50 to 120 ppm. It retains the core performance of the original PS while being endowed with better environmental attributes through the recycling process, and is suitable for various high-precision production needs.
