Recycled White PS plastic material are uniform in color and specification, fulfilling different production demands. Through proprietary technology equipment and standard filter screen filtration, we ensure low impurity content. They possess stable physical properties, outstanding tensile and bending strength, and strong heat aging resistance, ensuring reliable, long-term performance under normal use. Dry storage maintains stable performance over time, with no need to worry about quality decline.
Recycled White PS plastic material's excellent plasticity and adaptability allow for diverse uses in building materials, home furnishings, and daily necessities. It is suitable for thermal insulation boards, demonstrating good insulation performance. It can be used for home decoration products such as frames and decorative strips, with good effect. It is also an ideal raw material for plastic-wood building materials and wood-like furniture, featuring moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, and maintenance-free characteristics. It can produce various plastic products like stationery and packaging, promoting resource recycling.
How are impurities in materials controlled? What level can the final impurity content reach?
Answer: We control impurities through a dual process of "proprietary processing technology + fine filtration". First, the raw materials are preliminally processed by the self-developed process to remove most of the impurities. Then, they are further screened through high-precision filtration equipment. Eventually, the impurity content of Recycled White PS plastic material is much lower than the industry average level, which can meet the requirements for the purity of raw materials in fields such as building materials and home furnishings.
What problems may occur if materials are accidentally stored in a damp environment? How should it be handled?
Answer: If the material is exposed to a damp environment for a long time, it may absorb moisture, leading to problems such as bubbles and poor molding during processing, and may also cause slight caking. If the material is found to be damp, it should first be placed in a well-ventilated and dry area to dry. After it is completely dry, check the particle state. Only after confirming that there are no lumps and no abnormalities can it be put into use. If the lumps are severe, it is recommended to contact customer service for handling.
Will there be differences in performance and appearance between different batches of plastic materials?
Answer: No. We have over 20 years of production experience and have established a complete quality control system. From raw material procurement to finished product delivery, there are strict inspection standards for each link. At the same time, stable proprietary equipment and standardized production processes are adopted to ensure that the color, specification and physical properties of each batch of materials are consistent, with no batch differences.
